Our father, Robert Risse, and his brother, Gary Risse, opened this store in 2007 with a dream and good character. Combined with expertise, they excelled in the community and established a remarkable reputation. While Gary got married and moved away, our father planted his feet and employed his strong work ethic and good character for another decade. Even his father, whom retired Chief Warrant Officer (CWO3), came into the store frequently to assist with repairs after learning how to delicately take a computer apart and put it back together at the ripe age of 78. Once Robert's kids became old enough and skilled in the necessary areas, they began helping out more and more.
In 2022, Robert Risse, who most of the community knew as Bob, decided to step down and give his two children what he had worked so hard to build. Ryan and Roland, the two brothers who currently own and operate the business, work hard to employ the character traits that they learned from their father. Ryan Risse, a certified technician, currently conducts a majority of the repairs, while Roland compliments him in the areas he lacks. Together, they are an unbelievable team focused on maintaining the reputation of a company that was built on principles and Christian morals.
We take pride in viewing sales as just a benefit to our primary goal. Our number one goal is to cultivate friendships and relationships with everyone who walks through our door and to help others in any way we can.
Building our business on honesty has allowed us to establish relationships built on trust and has continued to fuel our growth. Our father used to say, "When you put helping others first, and profits last, you'll grow beyond your wildest dreams."
If you have been pleased with our computer repair services, would you consider recommending us to others? As a community-focused company, referrals from our customers make a big difference. Thank you for considering Simplified Computing!
